Backups are done every 1 to 2 days. But, you are responsible for your own material. So its always best to have an updated copy.

Backups are done, right through the control panel and are very easy

Log in to your control panel with the information provided when you started hosting with us
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

Enter your username and password

Once logged in to the control panel:
-Click on the backups icon

In the backup section, where it says: Home Directory
- Click download a home directory backup

In the Download a MySQL Database Backup section
- Click on any names you have in there (those are your databases)

You can also download your aliases and emails in the section below.

Its that easy. Then write your backups to CD.
