 This is in Sicamous B.C. in the Okanagon near Salmon Arm. Its about a 5 minute exposure. I was on top of a large hand glider take off ramp in the mountains where you can see the city perfectly.
I used kodak film at 100 ISO with F8 on a 50mm lens and a 5 min exposure.
