 This is in Sicamous B.C. in the Okanagon near Salmon Arm. Its about a 10 minute exposure. I went to the south of the mountains and found a neat spot that showed Sicamous from the south side. It was really foggy that night. I took out my flash when I was done and flashed a bush at the bottom. Do you see it?
I used kodak film at 100 ISO with F8 on a 50mm lens and a 10 min exposure and at the end I flashed a bush at the bottom.
